Kinwong has successfully implemented Oracle EBS ERP System on 1st Oct, 2017.

“NO FAILURE, ONLY SUCCESS ““TO BE THE BEST ERP SYSTEM of PCB Industry “, instructed by Mr Tian Liu, the President & CEO of GLOBAL Kinwong.

The project was started in 2014 and divided into two major steps. In the first step, we were focusing on Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) by reviewing and re-designing the organization structure, business work flow. After the BPR, we are down to ERP system development and implementation. During the implementation period, we were facing a huge challenge both in terms of project scope and scale.

By every effort of ERP implementation team, including senior management, consultants, and colleagues form relative department, we finally made the ERP project Go-Live successfully on-time. It will surely be another showcase of GLOBAL Kinwong Team Spirit.

The new EBS ERP Go-live should be an important milestone of GLOBAL Kinwong. It would help us to be more competitive in the market by reducing the inventory level, cutting down the non-value adding activities, improving the efficiency and effeteness of the whole supply chain and decision making through better visibility and more accurate and real-time data.
